What are Heat Pump Covers?
A design-specific, made-to-measure temporary cover that fits over the heat pump to keep it clean from dirt and dust. Also offering protection from light damage while any landscaping and final site work takes place. Operation of the heat pump for commissioning and testing is still possible while using these covers.

What heat pumps on new build sites look like?
Below is a typical example of a new build site where heat pumps are exposed to high traffic from construction operatives carrying out any final site work and also landscaping. Heat pump Covers help to reduce the risk of light damage such as chips and scratches, dirt, or dust entering the appliance and ensures the heat pump remains clean until it is handed over to the homeowner or client.

An additional benefit is a reduction in the time or labour required for cleaning a heat pump before homeowners take possession of their new property.
They also offer protection during any EWI or rendering work that takes place and also if any new brickwork is acid cleaned.

The buckles on our Heat Pump Covers are made from strong plastic which makes it more convenient to slide the clips on and off without applying much pressure on the release buttons. The webbing straps located at the top of the mesh fan area of the cover can also be easily adjusted to ensure the roll-up flap is secure while the Heat Pump appliance is operational. We use a strong reinforced waterproof material for our covers with woven polyester threads to ensure maximum strength and protection for the Heat Pump appliance. The mesh tarps located at the grill area of the Heat Pump permit full operation of the appliance by allowing airflow to the fan while protecting it from any dirt and debris that may come into contact with the Heat Pump on a development site or construction environment.
